Recognition of Out-of-State License

If a licensed nursing home administrator has a valid license issued by the proper authorities of another state, provided such state maintained a system of standards of qualification and examination for a nursing home administrator's license which was substantially equivalent to those required in the State of Ohio, that person may be qualified to apply to the Board to sit for the state examination.
