Testing Information

The tests will be offered by computer-based testing (CBT) at Sylvan Technology Centers located throughout the state. It will be necessary for you to pass an examination covering Ohio Rules and Statute in addition to the national examination for licensure as a nursing home administrator. After a candidate is approved by the board, the Professional Examination Service will notify the candidate to schedule an appointment with Sylvan to sit for the exam within sixty (60) days.
